All good took there time to explain everything

I wasn't very happy with this visit I wasted my time

I very much like and respect Dr. Pleiman.

She went above and beyond to care for my mom

The best doctor I have had in my lifetime.

I was given clear instructions on care and follow up care. I was able to get lab and X-ray at same time

I feel like Dr Pleiman is always in a hurry. I feel she dismisses my concerns.

It would of been easy for my doctor to tell me good luck to you. My situation was not ideal and could of just pushed me aside but she put me on a plan for success. It shows that my doctor cares about her patients and treats her patients as a person. I did not know what to expect. I appreciate her and would recommend to my family.

Her care was great but this is the second time I've used her and waited forever. I used her for my daughter's video visit and we waited for over and hour without any notification she would be late or anything

Dr. Pleiman had read the My Chart note I had sent prior to my appointment as well as reviewed the test results from my ER visit the previous Thursday evening. These were thoroughly discussed and together we came up with a follow up plan.

No decisions or treatment options necessary at this time

Dr Pleiman is so easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable in my questions.

I am very well pleased with Dr. Donna Pleiman as my provider. I tell people all the time that they need to switch to her!

The provider was rude and tried to rush me in and out. I expressed the concern about my extremely swollen tonsils and sore, itchy throat to which she looked for two seconds and said I was fine. I told her my ear hurt and her response was \"did you drive the cut in the hill because pressure change does that\" (which I did not) instead of actually looking or evaluating my symptoms. She told me she would swab me for strep but it was going to come back negative and I would be fine. Never once talked to me about what my next steps would be, what I could do to help my symptoms and not be in pain, or what it could be instead if it wasn't strep.

Normally Dr. Pleiman is very attentive, but she seemed very rushed and didn't seem to have time to address all my concerns.

Dr. Pleiman is always easy to talk to and shows genuine caring.

Always listens and discuss what WE can do together to make things even better.

physician ordered tests per my request. results under MyChart but I don't understand all those results. I guess I have to schedule another appointment for them to explain results to me but instead they should take an interest in my wellbeing and contact me and explain them. maybe they got too many patients to get back to me.
