Doctor Grove dismissed my concerns, didn't listen to what I was trying to explain, acted like I was wasting her time, didn't help me with my sleeping problems at all, and walked out of the room before I could even raise all of my concerns. I've never been treated this poorly by a doctor. I'm sleeping only 4 to 5 hours a night and really need help,I can't sustain this, and Dr. Grove very clearly didn't care and told me there was nothing we could do about my sleeping issues. I was hoping to talk to her about other medication I can take but she walked out after saying there was no help for me basically.

When I scheduled on-line - I identified edema and general health issues. We addressed the edema in an OK manner. Not allowed to address a 2nd topic. Frustrating.

From the minute I walk through the door I am greeted by professional courteous staff I never wait long to go back The nurse goes over my problems and my medications does my vitals answers my questions and concerns. She gives me options for treatment she does not pressure but explains options I really trust her opinion.
