Kathleen O'Brien is an excellent provider under her care I have actually began taking better care of myself.

I am Christopher's mother and I am extremely disappointed in his care with this visit. I don't feel that our concerns were taken serious and felt that we had to argue for further testing.

She had me shine a flashlight in my throat on a zoom appointment, as if she can see anything on a video chat?

I absolutely love Kathy. This was my first visit to establish care with a PCP in the area and she was so thorough. I got more preventative health checks done in one appointment than I've had completed in other places over multiple appointments. She listened, took note of everything we discussed, and explained every step in detail. Very happy with my care!

She was very thorough, more than any other provider I've ever seen for this issue, including a specialist. She ran a test to try to find the cause of my issue when that wasn't even the goal of the visit. I appreciate that she tried to get me further information.

They always make sure I know all I can about any problem I have.

Dr. O'Brien is very caring about the patients that come to see her.She listens and gives you feedback on your concerns. She assured me that she would monitor my condition; after I express concerns about a medication that she talked to me about taking. I felt safe and confident that my health and concerns were in good hands. I did not feel out of place/ like I did not belong there. And that was very important to me.Everyone was very polite, for when I called or come into the office.

Would not ever see O'Brien again. I have been to a number of doctors for various conditions in the past and she is the worst medical professional I have ever encountered in any doctors office. I am shocked that she is employed by St. Elizabeth and that someone who behaves that way is representing the company. The rest of the staff was very polite.

She was absolutely wonderful. She was very thorough and was genuine. She really listened to my concerns now and for the future. I am SO thankful to have found my new doctor.

I don't know, I haven't much to say because I find a good service

I have had PA O'Brien before and while I'm sure she's a competent assistant, her demeanor and 'bed side manner' leave a lot to be desired. There's no empathy. No sympathy. Very brusque. No personality. Did she prescribe something that worked for me? Yes. Did she act like I was wasting her time asking questions? Yes. Would I want to see her again? No. Not even if she was the only person I could see. I'd go else where. Maybe it's a personality conflict, but when you treat a patient, you also need to treat and interact with them like a human being and not just another number on your schedule.
