Mom has had some very negative to downright horrifying experience when it comes to healthcare. For that reason, she doesn't trust at all. If you were to ask, mom would tell you that she both likes, and Trusts Dr. Bowling. Whenever mom and/or dad are concerned about anything having to do with mom's health, mom is not okay with, but trusts him to advise and guide.

Dr. Bowling is such a genuinely kind and caring person. He looks at and talks with my parent (not over their heads). He takes the time to get to know how they're doing not just physically, but emotionally. Due to horrid, past experiences, mom and dad are not quick to trust. The both trust and like Dr. Bowling.

For a first time visit, he was very polite and very good at looking through all I had been through. He explained his decisions and ask if we had any questions. Our appointment was very timely---less than fifteen minutes, the nurses was kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The doctor was kind,pleasant, informative and thorough! It was a VERY nice appointment.

I told him I was having mental health issues, the response was "ya everyone is a little stressed and anxious"..to give some context I have no history of such problems. It bothered me so much I made an excuse to finally see someone, who could not have cared any less. I don't expect him to be my friend. I DO expect him to take his job seriously. If I was his son or daughter, I would be getting help that day
