When I stated to the doctor how long we had been waiting, she wasn't concerned. When I explained I left work and pulled her out of school and this was poor customer service, Dr Markovich stated she wasn't there for customer service. She then went on to state that she was there for the patient, which she couldn't get to because she was talking to me. I asked who did care about customer service and she said that was the office manager, who I left a message for and never called me. Horrible experience!
